When I ask to myself for a place to know, I immediatly think in Iceland. The country had the most beautiful lanscapes in the world, the colours are just magnificent and weather is cold <3. My dream is finish my life in iceland, in a little hut, only with a dog and the essential things to live in there, but if I think about travel there now, the things I definitely pack with me are warmly clothes, a few bottles of whisky and a very good pair of trekking shoes to walk around the most beautiful landscapes in the world.

Iceland is birthplace of my favourite bands; Sigur Ros and Bjork. Definitely the sound of this musicians is influenced by the landscapes, the cold and the place in general, the nordic music is in there, but something more too; the iceland seal, the brand of the hard life in a country near to the north pole. I think that I like Iceland because I love my solitude and I think that no other place can make me feel more comfortably alone. ( is the most sparsely populated country in Europe)

My favourite place in the world is every place that I can enjoy with free time. I like to do whatever that i want, without anything or anyone pushing me to do things. So my holidays are very weird because I really don't know where or how it will be finish. It's started in some place and at the first week i'm in some new place and I don't know how I finish there or with those people ajaja. I think that happens because my girlfriend have a very adventure and lucky spirit and we always pass the holidays together, so I trust in her fortune and I don't plan anything. In the five years of relationship, we lived so many adventures, travel to many different places and make very good friends in those travels, every single days is a different day in our holidays and anyone of us know what coming the next day. that's why I need REAL free time to make my holidays the best holidays, because I consider essential don't plan anything, every could happen, so I think that the best way to be prepare is with a positive attitude and a very good partner.

My name is Nicolas Zapata, I was born in Rancagua of Chile, I lived there about eighteen years. I grew up with my parents and my brother, who is 4 years older than me. My mother is paramedic and my father is a military paramedic. I did not have a lots of friends in mi childhood, but I had a pair of very good friends that I conserve until today. We went to the same elementary school and later the same high school , but our interests were very different, so we went to different universities to learn different professions. My curiosity was bigger than my ability to decide, for that reason I studied three different careers before my actually career, Theatrical design . In chronological order, I studied Bachillerato, Laws and Architecture, but I don't finished any of them.

Basically, my favourite kind of music is everything that can make me feel good, I just love the music. But I have to recognize that my music interest depend of very different kind of cirscunstance, for example, I really love hear sad music in winter and alone in my house, if outdoor is raining, better. If I want to keep myself wake up at night, I like to hear bands like Rammstein or something hard, but also bands like Miranda can do this well. Maybe it's because I grew up hearing very different musical genres. My cousins listened hip-hop and rap, my  brother listened gothic music, my father listened bands like Deep Purple or Led Zeppelin and my mother listened singers like Camilo Sesto or Manolo Galvan. Because this I think that my kind of music is the "collage"

I dont like pay just to see someone making music in live format, but I only paid to see one band; Miranda. The concert was great, I really enjoy it, dancing and singing for almost two hours, but I have to recognize that I prefer hear them alone in the comfort of my house.

My favourite animated serie is Eon Flux, an avant-garde science fiction animated television serie. It's about a dystopian future world, very bizarre, where the life of people is controlled by a very manipulating and dictatorial oficial goverment, but an anarchic group of people called Monican, try to release the population from his alienation, but the monican's values an motivations aren't so different from the selfish motivation of the official goverment, both of them are part of the same, the destructive energy and the constructive energy keep the balance in an insane game. I like because it show the humankind in his real form; a group of selfish people that only can be a comunity against the other, 

My favourite type of series are the animated series because i think that always show an very subjective vision of reality because it doesn't have to be always mimetic.

The only serie that I haven't seen and I really like to do is  Hannibal, but I dont have free time to do it.

My favourite photograph was taken by Rod Pinto Hoffman, a very close friend and an important part in the story of my relationship with my girlfriend. the photograph show a naked woman in a very interesting composition of greyscale, where the visual weight of the body in the left is equilibrate by the darkness in the right. I like this photograph because the naked woman is my girfriend and because I really can see part of the nature of her in the way that her body look like and the way of she is looking to nowhere. The photograph was taken in middle of an important period of our relationship.

I think that Rod is a very good photographer because he have the power to see the nature of people and the beauty of the human body in a very contrasting compositions, using the greyscale to show the body in a dramatic way, where the light and the shadows sculpt and form every part of the body.

my favourite movie is "Constantine" because it show a child behavior of the christian god, and a neutral position relative to what happend to the humankind. I like because the movie place us in the middle of an selfish war between god and the devil, showing that the humankind have to play on his own.
I saw for the first time in the year 2006 with friends en my house.
I like to see all kind of movies, it depends of my animic state, sometime I want to see a hollywood's movies, whit explosions, and effects, and sometimes I want to see an art's movie whit deeper contents or philosophical contents.
The last movie i saw was "The danish girl" a movie about the transgender in the XX century.
